Individual treatment that incorporates parents and caregivers to foster support and healing
Anxiety
Teens and tweens can feel a lot of pressure and stress in their ever-changing world. I work with them to build skills that help manage and reduce anxiety. I also help you to learn more about your child’s mental health needs and how to help them through life’s stressors.

Depression
When your teen starts to become more withdrawn and unhappy, you want to be there for them but might be wondering why they won’t talk to you about it. I provide a safe space for youth to talk about their challenges while also helping to build up communication between you and your child so that they can go to you for support when they need it. Together we can help them open up and re-engage with life in a meaningful way.

Eating Disorders
Whether your child has been diagnosed with anorexia or bulimia by another provider or you’ve noticed concerning eating habits, therapy can help reduce disordered eating behaviors and challenge unhelpful beliefs about food and bodies. I take a team approach, meaning that I work with parents/caregivers, primary care physicians, and dietitians to give your child the best support possible in recovering from their eating disorder.
