Therapy can help manage living with or without parents, using family for support, maintaining healthy boundaries, developing your adult identity, and/or creating meaningful relationships with friends and partners.

Whether you’ve been diagnosed with anorexia or bulimia or just want to improve relationship with food and your body, therapy can help you care for your body and challenge unhelpful beliefs. I use a team approach, meaning I collaborate with dietitians, primary care physicians, and any loved ones you want to include in your support system.
